THE LYBROOK PROJECT

What

New Mexico Gas Company (NMGC) plans to submit an application
for renewal of rights-of-way to the BIA, for the continued operation of
NMGC’s existing gas transmission line which runs across the allotted lands
shown on the map. NMGC has engaged SelectROW to assist NMGC with

this process, including the acquisition of consent for this grant of right-of-
way.
